5-Star Discount/Group Sale
I would like to buy the 5-Star tuneup for my 2011 ford motor home chassis. Is there a group purchase program or a discount code that I can use to get the best price?

Actually, 5-Star is a big supporter of IRV and advertises here. Find their Ad and it may have the group discount listed. It really makes a difference on the Ford V10 engine in noise and shifting.

Call Mike at 5 Star and mention that you are an Irv2 member. I think it was for a 5% discount.

RDG is spot on! Coupon codes are good for 5% off anything ranging from tuners, headers and our new shirts! (The new design is AWESOME and I will post them once they are in). Just mention you are a member on the phone, email, etc and we be happy to assist.

I would ask Ford that question vs the seller of the 5 Star product. Ford has taken a real hard stance on after market tuners. I know on both my F350 with the 6.7 Powerstroke and my F150 with the Eco boost engine, both trucks have a sticker in the engine compartment that states any modification to the engine including tuners can void that part of the warranty if a covered part fails because of the mod. They will read your computer and can tell if a tuner was installed even if you remove it and put the truck back to stock before you bring it in. This has been a real problem with their Diesel and Eco Boost engines. Not sure about the V10 but would sure ask them before I went that route. Now with all that being said, I have no doubt the Five Star is a quality product and if use properly would most likely give you improvements without any adverse affect. It's your money so proceed with caution.

Why does it say.
Stores Stock Tune: Stores a true copy of your vehicle’s stock file before programming. Used for warranty repairs and unlocking the programmer.
