50 amp EMS display panel by Intelitec flashing, amp drawn display quit

Intelitec 50 amp load meter was flashing for awhile, then quit flashing, it also quit displaying the amp being drawn. That screen in the middle went black.
I am plugged into 50 amp shore power
Has anyone else had that happen
I have new house batteries also a new inverter.
The inverter seems to be charging fine?
This is in my 2005 Monaco Camelot motorhome
Thanks

May get a better response from the Monaco Owners forum. Also it may help if you post the actual model EMS you have.
Did this happen right after you did the new batteries?
In the meantime you can check for this,
Unplug the telco cable that goes into the back of the unit and also the control module. It is a way to reset it in case there was static electricity that may have caused issues (ask me how I know).
Also:
VII. Remote Display out or strange characters appear.
A. Check the 3 Amp Fuse (F1) on the EMS Control Module.
B. Check the 4 pin cable from the EMS Control Module to the Display Panel for
the following voltages:
Pin 1 (12V)= 12V
Pin 2 (Data)= GND
Pin 3 (GND)= GND
Pin 4 (SW)= GND, +12V when swithc on Display Panel is pressed.
C. Check the harness so that the plug at the EMS Control Module and the plug at the Display
Panel are plugged in with the proper polarity and the pins correspond.

The Intelletec EMS doesn't display amps when in 50A mode anyway. It only provides an amps readout on 30A or with certain generators, e.g. the Onan 7500/8000.

50 amp EMS Intelitec flashing, where is model number?

Gary, Thanks for your help, You seem quite knowledgeable.
We did interrupt the power and it stopped flashing, but did it again today just briefly. so I am going to try the other steps.
You mentioned the model number, I didn't get a book on this display and don't have a model number, where do I find it on the unit?
Pat

You probably have the 800 model that Brian referenced. The manual will help.
