89 Fleetwood Southwind power vent fan - no 12V

Our kids have an old 89 Fleetwood Southwind coach on a Chevy chassis. I think it is a 33 foot model. The main cabin electric roof vent fan does not work. I have determined that there is no 12V at the fan. I also temporarily connected 12V to the fan motor and the fan spun, so I know it would work if power were getting to it. The only fuses that seem related to the house 12V powered items seem to be in the panel below the fridge. Those fuses are all good and the wire connections are all tight. Are there any other places in this rig with fuses or circuit breakers for the power to the fan? I called Fleetwood and got some wiring diagrams they looked up based on the rig’s serial number. These diagrams show the bathroom power vent fan, but I have not found any reference to the one in the main cabin. The diagrams refer to a “bulkhead breaker box” and “bulkhead breaker box fuse block”, but do not show exactly where on the rig these are. Does anyone know the location of the bulkhead breaker/fuse block and if it there is breaker or fuse for the roof vent fan? Any advice would appreciated.
