You can call Freightliner Custom Chassis customer service and get their part number (they bought the John Deere chassis business). Maybe then an auto store can cross-reference to it. 1-800-FTL-HELP and have the chassis VIN handy.

Otherwise, take the old one to NAPA or Carquest and see if they can match it up using the dimensions and shape. They can more often do that sort of thing than the clerks at Autozone or wherever.

The universal flex hose will work too.

Looks like the sewer hose.

Take yours with you and if they cannot find correct then get the flex hose.

While there get new clamps and some large wire ties as it may need to be pulled in some direction.

If water is issue then grocery store with a water vending machine is best bet.

Forget about coolant until you get it home and can check and repair the rest.
