99 F53 wiper crank
I've tried for quite a while, but can't locate a simple part for my windshield wipers.
The part I need is called the "crank" pictured below. The other picture is my motor - showing the gear that the crank attaches to - which works just fine. The gears are stripped out of the crank however.
99 Georgieboy F53
Any help or leads would sure be appreciated!

Try: amequipment.com. They have parts and helped me with my missing wiper arms when I bought my Georgie Boy.

Concord,
If you can get a name and/or part number off the wiper motor you may be able to find the "gear." The wiper system was probably sourced from other than Ford. I looked around a little, but didn't find a gear with a a tapered hole to grip the serrated shaft ( don't think the gear was serrated, just a tapered hole and the shaft serrations were just to improve the grip). If the gear isn't bottoming on the motor shaft, all you may need to do is add a washer so the gear gets pushed further onto the motor shaft when you tighten the shaft nut.
If you can't find a replacement gear and the old gear's tapered hole is too large for extra washer trick to work, a machine shop could recreate the gear for what it would probably cost you in time and effort to make it yourself.
Good luck!
Jim

Here is a catalog for Denso.. It looks like the entire motor and gearbox is sourced as one item. I see two different motors, not sure what the difference is (rotation maybe?)
Part Numbers:
159100-7370
159100-3220
Not sure if it can help or not:

If you can find a part number, try googling the part number and then look at "IMAGES"
..

Thanks for the washer idea.. Yes, I've tried that to no avail. I the only numbers on the motor are in the pic below. I'll try to contact denso.
Thanks much! I'll report back when I know something.

Googling "M025WJ" gets a few hits on wiper motors. Seems like they don't have the "crank" on them though.
But, Mom's old Adventurer had that happen. Miller hot glue gun (MIG welder) fixed it. Needed it fixed quick. It worked for many years.
Just found this: 200188 - Wexco Crank I think that's it?

The tapered spline is chewed out of your original linkage arm , and the one that Tim has linked doesn't have the spline cut in ; or appear to be tapered.

I assume that it will have "splines" in it the first time you tighten it down. Maybe why it stripped out so easy.

Crank is #200-108. It is not ribbed, it is cut when you bolt it on. Now patiently waiting for the mail... More to follow.

Got the crank, which showed that the worm gear in the motor was bad. Ordered the replacement motor (which they said was a d101). All in and working now.
