My awning will not go out . The lights are blinking and the code said it did not have 12 volts I cheched the voltage and it was 12.5. Does anyone know where to get a new contoller? Or know another reason this does not work

Sounds like its operating just like when you have the key on. With that said I would look for a relay that disables the awning while the ignition is in the on possition. It could be a fuse not to the awning but to the relay, or a bad relay.
