A&E Weatherpro awning

Recently the arm on my power awning broke. I'm in need of a "spring loaded bottom arm". I've seen this on ebay for $55, but didn't buy it. I went to check the rv dealer today, was told I needed to buy a half hardware kit for $300. Does anyone know where, or who I can check with to find just the piece I need instead of buying the whole kit.

xqwzit, welcome to iRV2.com. We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. Any dealer or repair facility that has a working relation ship with Dometic and wants to take the time to look up the specific part can order it directly. You will need the model, production number and serial number. You might call these folks, http://www.pplmotorhomes.com/parts/r...ning-parts.htm
maybe they will help though. Good luck and enjoy the website.

Thanks, just gave them a call. They did look for it and found it in single form not just the whole kit. Turns out it is only $19.99... THANKS AGAIN.
