Yes, and it does the same, blows air but compressor does not kick in. Today I'm going to pull plug J3 and plug it in J2, since the front A/C compressor kicks in and see what happens to the rear compressor. I'm thinking the issue is the ECC Module and not the A/C unit.

Just getting back with you guys to let you know that I resolved my issue with the new A/C. Apparently their was a freeze sensor with the control kit. The old A/C did not have one and I thought that sensor was just an additional accessory. Don't recall the instruction said anything about the freeze sensor. Without the freeze sensor hooked up to the control box the relay will never close.

Great that you got it working.

The TM-2025-RV monitor is a battery monitor. Nothing to do with AC voltage.
