A/C, Thermostat, furnace problems

If you have any ideas how I can resolve my problem it will be appreciated.

My MH is a 2006 Monaco Diplomat

I stored my MH for the winter. A few weeks ago while preparing it for the summer on a hot day I wanted to turn on the A/C. I only could see a dim light on the Duotherm thermostat, and could not select any of the functions like fan, cool, furnace, etc on the thermostat.
I then checked breakers, fuses, battery voltage, checked the 50 ampspower supply, ran the generator. Nothing worked.

I then replaced the thermostat with a brand new Duotherm. I plugged it, the screen lighted and saw a message EE ( which means a communications failure ). I did a reset on the thermostat and got a message FF. What does it mean.

I've checked and turned off both furnaces, also the AGS ( auto generator start ) nothing works.

Any ideas.

Thanks

Try disconnecting all 120 volt power and turn off your battery disconnect for a minute or 2. It's always worked for me when ever I got an error code even when the manual said " see svc center. That's all they did to fix it. I guess it just resets or reboots the system. I do have Carrier ACs so your results may vary. Don't forget, all 120 and 12 volt power must be shut down

Thanks Max,

I've tried it, but unfortunately it did not work.

The thermostat is connected to the 1. AC unit on top of the roof, then to the 2.nd AC.
You may have a bad connection up on top, clean the connections, use a little
petroleum jelly to keep the connectors from corroding.
Holding the top and bottom button on the thermostat with the switch in OFF--->ON will clear the thermostat of all the units connected and show you an FF.
Now switch the thermostat OFF --->ON,it should show all the units connected.
Hope this will help.

It displays FF until you release the buttons (it's scanning the system for attached appliances.) Once released you should have access to all your systems via the Control Center. If not, you most likely have a bad connection on one of the data cables. (unless you had a mouse chew though one, like I had happen once). Get yourself a can of contact cleaner. Pull the cable on the CCC (looks like a phone jack) clean both connections. Now go to front AC, you will see 3 phone jacks. One is from the CCC, one from the furnace and one going to rear AC. Clean all three. You can at this point do another reset to see if you have everything back. If you do not have the rear AC, go there and clean the connection there. Let us know how you make out.

One of my friends found the problem after several hours of testing.

Finally it was the wire from the front A/C going to the thermostat that had problem. These wires are similar to telephone wires with 4 little wires in them. So one of the small wires seems broken.

Now everything works fine.

But I still have to find a way to bring the wire from the front A/C to the thermostat which is located in the bathroom/shower area.

Anyone has any idea how to bring that wire. I tried pulling on the broken wire but it does not move.
