A Weighty Question

My DW and I are picking up a 2012 Thor 37kt in a couple of weeks. I know the GVWR but I can't find either the Dry Weight, Curb Weight or the UVW. I know what all these terms mean and what they include or exclude I just can't find them listed any where. Thanks for your help.

Sir,
You must be an aircraft tech, by your concerns I'm guessing. Anyway, for the most part the only way to get these weights, is to do the measurements yourself.

I can't say I've ever seen dry weight listed for a motor home. You'll have to calculate it by subtracting the fluid weights after you weigh it without any cargo.

Curb weight, I would weigh it right after I picked it up. This way it's as accurate as you can ask for.

Congrats to you and DW, happy trails.

Look on the entry door frame for a bright colored decal...should show UVW, OCCC, and GVWR.

The GCWR of all new Ford F53's is 30,000lb.

Best luck
