Above average service

Can't say enough good things about Brazel's RV, just south of Olympia, Wa Last month they installed a new Pac Brake inplace of a leaking Jacobs exhaust brake and an AeroTurbine muffler and new 5" exhaust on our 07 Ventana and performed a full LOF incl filters and a new lifetime air intake system. Steve Brazel recommended the Ultatrack Comfort ride control valves for our Spartan chassis. Allen and the staff knocked this all out in a day, working past supper to get us on our way. Top notch products and excellent workmanship. The coach was as clean when I picked it up as it was when we arrived, I returned today for a redo on the UltraTrack and didn't even make it to the door when the tech dove under the coach and id'd the problem. We spend so much time and money for mediocre service I just had to sing some well deserved praise. Our Ventana has more get up and go, a nice muscle truck rumble, better braking and much improved ride. They also have a very clean RV park for service customers and drop ins. Only 3 miles from the new Great Wolf casino and lodge as well.https://www.brazelsrv.com/
