ck to see if your generator is dropping voltage once it warms up, mine worked like a charm on vacation, got home went on a short hop and the a/c shut down on us.
we ran the dash a/c for the rest of the trip, when i got home cked the voltage it was fine so i bought a kill a watt meter ran the genset after a while it dropped voltage and things started shutting down.
my genset has 78 hours on it so it isn't worn out by any means but it lost a 300 dollar automatic voltage regulator .
you can pick up a kill a watt meter at radio shack for 30 dollars or so, i will carry mine with me from now on as it will ck voltage while plugged in at camp grounds plus hertz and you can use it to ck power draw on anything you carry with you.
just my two cents worth
