Accessing holding tanks in 1999 Windsport

Trying to install a SeeLevel system in my 1999 Four Winds Windsport. The gray and black water tanks appear to be inside a separate and larger compartment that runs across the width of the coach, above the chassis frame rails and below the coach floor. What appear to be the wires to the stock tank sensors are visible in the hookup bay but disappear up in between the tanks. The sides of the tanks themselves are barely visible and only partially accessible from the outside, blocked by plumbing and a panel that is riveted in place. In short, there doesn't seem to be any way to access a suitable location on which to mount the See Level sensors.

Anyone else with a similar configuration have any suggestions on how to proceed?

Have you investigated the curbside area? You should be able to pull panels to get access to the tanks.
