Accolades for Thor Service
We have a new Daybreak 34ss that we purchased in June. We had typical issues with new units plus an issue with the leveling jacks and small leaks that were discovered after Sandy winds and rains. We found it a waste of time taking it to the dealership where we purchased it.
We called Thor service and their suggestion was to get it serviced at their facility in Elkhart.
We were there three days for them to address our list of issues. They impressed me with their professionalism and respect for the customer. The two technicians and supervisor performed well beyond my expectations.
While I am not happy that I had issues, I was more than satisfied with their performance and desire to correct my problems and make me a happy camper.
