Acknowledging good Customer service
I've been loading, checking and doing all things to our new to us 2009 Thor Magellan. I'm on the last few things that need attention so this morning i go to the MH at the storage facility (actually im there every day) to look at a shade that was missing a bottom end cap. Looked on the bottom of the shade rail and there it was "Specialty Window Coverings" with the address and phone number. I give them a call and am quickly connected to a parts person. We identify what i need when i realize i left my wallet home so i said id have to call you back. Their reply was dont worry well just ship it to you its only a small part.
Now thats GREAT customer service.
