Actuator hunt

I am brand new at this. In need of help finding a replacement part for 2003 Gulfstream Ultra Supreme (on Ford F-53 frame). It's the actuator (4 pin); the lead of which plugs in to the motor to the left of the 2 radiators under the hood. The molded plastic is stamped "Seitz". It switches the systems between heat and air conditioning. Can't even find the schematic for this..... Unknown part number. Can only say it is about 3"X 3.5" and shaped like a triangle (1 side is slightly rounded). Any helpers out there?

A photo of the part in question would be helpful.

It's not a Ford part, MH manufacturers normally use third party components for the HVAC since the chassis only comes with the AC compressor installed. Evans Tempcon is one of the company's. I believe this is what your looking for.

Evans Tempcon, Inc

If that is what your looking for make sure the new valve is installed for the correct flow position. Being installed wrong can cause them to fail prematurely.
