Adco cover and mildew?

I've searched and found some threads on using covers (like Adco) however many of them were on non-fiberglass roofs.

We live on Vancouver Island and are for fortunate that we really don't get snow in any amounts or that lasts very long. We tarped our 5th wheel every year but with it's rubber roof it always ended up grey with with blackish mildew in spots. In short a real pain to keep clean.

We're now looking at a Class A with a fibreglass roof. Would the breathable covers like Adco end up the same when you take the cover off in the spring? Grey or black appearance with mildew?

I've read that the Adco Designer may only last 3 years and you have to be careful for movement on sharper areas and tearing but if it protects the roof from getting grey and mildew it may be worth it for me.......or maybe this isn't an issue with fiberglass.

We use the Adco for our Class A EPDM roof. It is way better than the dirt and leaves that accumulate when we don't use it. Just took it off here in Vancouver after a typical wet winter and I didn't have to do a thing to the roof. Clean of leaves, gutters clear. It was great.
