Added backup camera system

I have a 1996 fleetwood flair , it did not come with a backup camera system . I was hanging my upper body out the drivers window while backing up while it worked it wasn't the best . I bought a system off eBay for 160 bux , one camera 45ft of cable and a 7inch monitor . For the price this thing is unbelievable it has infra red light at night .
A color monitor . I got it from seller 1stsaftey if anyone is interested . I installed it today took a few hours tough part was running the cable from back to front I put it in the cabinets at the top there is a cable trough . Tough to get behind fridge had to remove microwave . I'm really impressed with the quality of this unit . I'll take some pics of the install Tomorow . For now here's the pic from the site . I am not affiliated with the seller whatsoever .

had a similiar unit in my HDT with one camera on the back of the cab to assist when hooking on and another on the back of the 5th wheel to use when maneuvering and traveling. Was one of our better investments! We traded for a Class A last year with the camera/monitor factory installed but is no better quality then the one I bought and installed on our prior rig. I also purchased from e-bay but don't remember the seller's name.

I have spoken with a company www.rearviewsafety.com in the past. I was going to order a system for my 5th wheel and just as I got ready to make the order we were offered a good deal on a DP and bought that instead. I am in the process of upgrading the cameras on the DP and the people at rearview safety have been talking with me about what I need to do to use the existing wiring and how to hook it up to the plugs for their equipment. I believe their support staff is as good as it gets. They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer all of the technical questions I asked and I asked some pretty specific stuff. I was looking at their system and a system with a different company. I asked what the difference was between their system and the other one which was a bit cheaper. They went online and looked at the other system and pointed out the difference and why they thought their system was worth the extra money.
