Adding brake fluid to 92 Fleetwood Coronado

Is there an easier way to add brake fluid other than going underneath the unit? We are stranded in a remote area with pedals down and think it is a slow leak of brake fluid. If it is the wrong thing to even add the fluid, we will try to drive by pumping them and down shifting, and get to an area about 35 miles from here. thanks

Also check on the tires to see if there any fluid leaking down the tire that would show where the leak is
