Adventurer 2011 Air Conditioners

Anyone have any suggestions? The dash air conditioner does not consistently put out cool air. When sitting it seems to do okay. Driving down the road at 65 mph your very quickly feeling warm air rather than cool air. Issue 2 with generator running down the road the two roof air conditioners shut down after about 30 minutes and will only cool to about 80 degrees. With the Unit parked the air conditioners work perfectly on the generator. Had it back to dealer and they tell me everything is normal...
