Adventurer Vehicle Lights

After experiencing a tow dolly tire blowout, and the dolly brake wiring being ripped out, I lost turn signals and front flashers on the coach. I also get all of the running and parking lights illuminated when I hit the brakes. Anyone experience this "phenomena"?

Is this with the dolly disconnected from the coach?

It sounds like you shorted out your trailer wiring. Get the wires separated and then check for blown fuses.
