The best way to get your windows really clean and remove all the water spots is to use 4 O steel wool or Bon Ami.

I have had good sucess in selling MH's on Craig's list. You will need good pictures and be willing to publish your name and phone number for interested parties to ask questions. Offer in your ad to send good quality pictures to people since the CL pics are not that good.

I live in NE Oklahoma and ran a CL ad in the DFW area. I sold it to a guy that lives in far eastern Missouri that read the DFW ad. Don't be afraid to list in large surrounding cities.
