Air bag parts numbers for 36' Beaver Monterey

Does anyone have the Firestone parts number for a 2000 36' Beaver Monterey rear airbags. I found the fronts which are Firestone w01-358-5775. The tags are wore off on the rears.
I appreciate the help. Thanks
