When I drop the air from the air bags only the passenger side drops? 2000 Beaver concord, Magnum chassis, Caterpillar diesel.

A little over my head, but I believe you have a sticking valve someplace. A more competent person will probably soon chime in and tell you how to fix it.

There are electric solenoid valves that regulate dump actions. You may have one for each bag or one for the front and one for the rear. Based on your description you appear to have one for each side. You should look in the wheel well around the chassis for a black air line and follow it to a cylindical valve. Be sure to block the MH with safety stands before going under it. Most likely one of the valves is dead.

I had a similar problem one time. The front of the MH would not go down when dumping. Mine has the HWH auto leveling system and there is a manifold at each end of the coach. The manifold has small holes for exhaust ports. Mud daubers like to fill those holes with mud! I just used a drill bit (in my hand, NOT in a drill) to clean the dirt out. No more problems!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
