Not for someone not sitting under it.
Seriously, that is a lot of moisture, but it shouldn't stain the ceiling since it's dripping down, not up. Are you in an area of high humidity? Do you have more than one unit running? Taking a lot of showers, cooking, or other activities contributing to moisture inside the RV? You said it was running for 5 hours, how about before that? If the RV has been sitting, you could be just trying to dry out everything at once. Wipe it dry and If you have a second unit, I'd run it and the one pictured at a higher temperature (75º-79º) to dry out the RV before trying to run at lower temps.

It looks like you have a ceiling vent closed, restricting air flow out of the unit. I'd open all ceiling vents, directing them to the side or away from seats to prevent drafts to run maximum air through the unit and dry it out faster.

Condensation shouldn't be a major problem unless it is soaking the ceiling material or other material.

The cause, however, should be corrected. One common cause is a drop or loosening of the ac' baffling material. The baffling routes both the intake air and the discharge air they are not properly routed. Mixing the air will reduce the cooling output and cause excess condensation.

Remove the interior ceiling shroud and observe the baffling material. Look for loose or drooping pieces and reposition and glue or tape them into their proper place.
