air conditioning issue

We have a 2011 Daybreak with 2 coleman ducted air conditioners. We bought it new last June and made 2 trips to Az. from Cleveland last year. No issues with the air. This year both air conditioners are dripping condensate out the inlet area removable grill panel.

The manufacturer says the air conditioning units are squezed down too much on the gasket partially obstructing the drains. (there is some water coming off the roof). They claim the manufacturer installed wrong. I have an appointment at Thor factory service in Sept to take care of this under warranty.

Any one else had this issue and what was the fix to stop wetting the bed and couches?

Your drains are obstructed, simple as that. Either they were tightened too much blocking drains or your drains are clogged.

Is there a way for me to un clog without taking the units out?

Oh definitely. Just pull the shroud on the AC roof unit, and find the little drip holes on both sides.

I tried taking my unit apart to see what I could do. I took the plastic cover off then started disassembly of the sheet metal cover. Once I partially opened it I saw electrics attached to the sheet metal and stopped. It didn't look like like the pictures.

Those drain holes are one source, the other is the plenum is leaking chilled air into the return side. This causes the moisture in the return air to condense before it's supposed to and instead of condensate dripping into the drain pan it just drips back into the RV.
The retaining bolts are supposed to be "finger-tight", or 14 in/lbs for the perfectionists.
