Noticed this first when changing the shocks but thought it may have been how it was parked. However, after a couple of test drives, it's still the same.
Any thoughts? I'm thinking I need to swap it out or at the very least make sure I have a spare.

Chris, I was looking at your photo and by the looks of the air bag, I would think the only thing that could do this to a bag is misalignment from top to bottom. Does it look like the top or bottom mounting bases have moved or signs that anything is wrong?

Check the alignment and whether the air line is lined up correctly. Go ahead and change out the bag if it's not something you want to continue with.

Looking at this again, your bag looks to be in good shape by the photo. The way the bag is in the photo can only happen by the top mount and the bottom mount not being aligned with each other. I would not order a new yet till you look into this problem a little closer.

certainly the bottom support plate doesn't look parallel to the top one but that might be due to camera angle.

Check from side to side to see what is different.

Bags get lots of cracks as they get older, but not enough detail to see what their condition is. If you can support the MH on levelling jacks (at normal ride height) and let the air out of the bags, you will be able to get a better idea of what has changed.

Thanks. I will take a closer look although not sure how they could become misaligned in the first place.

How does the other side look ? post a photo of it for us to see?(other side) and can you get a photo of this one inline with the top and bottom mounts in the photo for us to see?

Here are some more pics.
It seems they are all distorted but not to the same degree.
First pic shows the opposite side from the original post.
Second is after dumping air and raising on jack.
Third pic shows the mark on the airbag where it has been resting on the bracket.
Last pic is with air dumped and jack retracted.
When we bought this unit, we were told they had replaced one airbag but don't know which. Wondering if they replaced it thinking that was the problem.

Chris, I can see the part number on the bag. Check and see if it is the same part number as on the other bags.

Well, you have better eyesight than me (and I have the original hi-res pics).
I'll take another look later and see if I can locate part numbers for them all.

Chriss look at the bottom left picture you posted. Look on the bottom of the bag just before it rolls under and to the right of those two circles. There appears to be a number.
