Alarm System for Four Winds MH

Has anyone installed an alarm system to their motorhome? If so, where did you get it?

I just installed a door alarm from Radio Shack. It's powered by 2 AAA batteries. The alarm installs on our screen door frame and the magnet installs on the "jamb". It has a switch for delay and instant alarm and uses a barrel key to activate and shut down. It would raise the dead. I think it was under $10.

If your travels bring you to SoCal, try Steve's Auto Security in Upland. Steve is is very familiar with RV's and can customize any type of system for your specific needs. Nice guy & very honest.
