Welcome to IRV2. com

I copied this from the 2006 Workhorse Chassis manual. Send me a PM (private Message) with your email address and I will send you a copy of the manual. It is almost 10 MB and is too big for this forum.

Anybody else needs a copy, send me PM too. This chassis guide is good for all Workhorse chassis's from 1999-2006. Both the P32 series and W series chassis's.

Camber is not easily adjusted, but an "old school" alignment shop with the correct equipment can correct it. Caster is easily adjusted with wedges and makes a significant difference in tracking and wander. If I remember correctly, Workhorse calls for a degree of camber and in reality .25 to .50 is better for tire wear, and caster near 6 degrees for best tracking.
