All in one chalk, cleaner wax

Yup it needs a good compounding, waxing. Are any of those combination, clean, wax do everything in one substance any good?

Not if you have already developed oxidation.

I have always used Protect All, (a combination cleaner/UV protection product) on brand new RVs, twice a year. They never form oxidation, (sitting out in the Southern California sun unprotected). That stuff works.

if your unit is in need of cleaning ... I would use a cutting polish to get the surface really clean ... then use a sealer rather then wax ... will last a whole lot longer
I use Meguiars polish .... either by hand or with a polisher

I used Meguiar's Mirro Glaze Heavy Cut, then #83. Then used a Cream Wax Euro-Class from PPU. Very satisfied. She was heavily Oxidized. I use Wizards Mist&Shine Pro Detailer in between waxes. Should be good to go.
Here is a before and after on the sides.

You can get cleaner/waxes designed for oxidized surfaces. Marine fiberglass boat polishes are often formulated that way and work decently on fiberglass RVs as well.

ProtectAll makes a fiberglass finish restorer, as does Mequiars and others. Here are a few examples:
Fiberglass Oxidation Remover & Color Restorer - Protect All
Meguiars One-Step

Usually the multi-step kits are more effective of the surface is in poor shape.

But...that is paint, gelcoat is a whole other story if badly oxidized. I have had good results with cleaner/wax combinations on painted trailer but not on oxidized gelcoat.
