Annual "Where Is My Drain Valve" Posting

I'm stumped. I've Googled this site and a few others, I've called Fleetwood Customer Service, and searched YouTube, trying to find someone who knows where the drain valve to the fresh water tank is. Fleetwood is no help, since their records don't go back that far, and I can't seem to be able to find anyone who had one "back in the day" that would remember.

I have a 1992 33' Fleetwood Pace Arrow that was always kept in exceptional shape. The PO kept it in a heated barn for the last 12 winters and never bothered to winterize it. Prior to that, the owner lived in the deep South and also saw no need to winterize. Me? Sorry, can't afford a heated barn. It's sitting in the driveway and below freezing weather is predicted in the next few days.

Well, where HAVE I looked? The 75 gallon tank is located on the passenger side at the very back. I access it through the last basement door on the right. Nothing there. The bed is directly above the tank. Not under the bed. Followed all the PEX lines and got nothin'. Surveyed all I could see underneath. The Fleetwood tech said I should find a 1 1/" white PVC line and follow it until I come to a ball valve. Can't seem to find it anywhere. It should be located in a relatively obvious location, right?

Help me Obi Wan. You're my only hope.

Look underneath and find all lines that poke through. Once you find it then you can look in the coach above the line.
