Another BCC problem

Ok weather is beautiful here today so time to work on motor home a little. Not intending on getting into this at all today but went to start her after bringing her home last night and nothing . Ok dead battery no big deal should be going dead it is 5 years old so before I go and buy a new battery I think lets check voltages. seems that on shore power the battery is not charging (11.5 v) and neither is the Coach Batteries (12.68 v) So gets me thinking the BCC might be bad do a quick check with motor running chassis battery has 14 v going to it the Coach still have 12.68 the out put from the converter is 13.6 all readings are taken at the relays at the bcc so can some one give me a part number or manual for this BCC

Since not all coaches are the same, a little information on make, model, year etc might help readers provide you with answers.

Looking at your picture, it looks like a standard 12v continuous duty relay. I would think either DC Power Solenoid - Hvac Controls - Amazon.com or http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 would work.
