Another Fantastic Fan Bravo

I've seen some posts in the past on how great Fantastic Fan is on providing repair parts when out of warranty. Well I'm sold. I recently sent them an email looking for parts to replace my 2003 fan. My top on the roof doesn't come down all the way leaving a one inch gap and my fuse holder is cracked and not letting the fan work unless I hold the use in by hand. They sent me an email right away stating they will mail the handle, new gear and 2 fuse holders. Stated it will arrive in 7-10 days. Wow, and I was just looking for parts to buy.

Another great review for Fantastic Fan.

That's great!

I don't think I have ever heard a single complaint about a Fantastic Fan.

We asked about parts to ours too and it happened to be one way out of stock and they were not making anymore. All we did was pay a few bucks for shipping and we got a whole new one upgraded and everything.
Great company and great customer service!!!!

I vote that Fantastic Fan start producing Class A, 5er's, Class C, and TT's. Just imagine a company that 100% stands behind their product!
