I am told that Costco can get you the tires but can't mount them. Some have bought thru Costco and had a truck tire shop install them.

Some Costco can, or at least could, provide and mount 19.5 tires. Also depends on the size of the RV if they have the physical room to accommodate. They did for me on a previous coach.
