Not the Southeast but my brother manages a large fuel wholesaler in La. and they are still having issues with gas availability. I spoke to him last night and he said he is having to scramble to keep his customers up and running even more so than during hurricane times.

In Atlanta, all is fine. Plenty of fuel. There never was a shortage of diesel, only gas.
