I do not think that is a torque multiplier, Design is wrong
however .. there is a part on many vehicles where you need a wrench inside of a wrench to remove it,, (Shock absorber) and that looks like it might be the tool,, Do not know
OR, it might be PART of a torque multiplier,, Just not the entire device.
In fact,,, Im going to guess that is what it is.
I do not use one.. I have this little gun thing,, i snap the proper socket on the end, hook the air hose to the other end and pull the trigger. It hammers a bit then the nut comes off. (or on).
