Check the oil level on the generator
If it's down a bit, it will shut off. Fill it to the top of the fill tube.

The oil level is fine... I did an oil change just before our 4K+ trip to Rushmore,Yellowstone, etc during the month of July. the cut out problem was first seen on the way back when we stopped in San Angelo to see a friend. It was a VERY hot day. Started it up, it ran about 10 min then cut out... finally got it restarted, same thing...and again after the 3rd try. Figure this is all heat related.

Went to dinner, came back and decided we could make it to Fredericksburg before actually needing to stop for the day. got to the Wally World in Fredericksburg around 9:30 pm, fired the generator up, then the back A/C and didn't have any issues the rest of the night. Didn't really think about it anymore figuring it was just that the San Angelo heat was stifling and caused the issue. until today. the engine A/C wasn't blowing well after the tire change, so I fired the generator up, then the front A/C to help on the ride home... I think about 10-20 minutes on the road, cut-off happened....

I am planning on looking at the fuel filter/lines/fuel pump, once all the hurricane stuff dies down next week....
