Looks great, but beware of the Ultrapower Upgrade. If you do not keep it tuned and if you use 15% ethanol fuel you can possibly burn up #5 & #7 pistons causing engine failure. As I was told by a Service Manager, this is not particular to Ultrapower brand, but any upgrade chip may have this result. Another suggestion made to me was to fill with Premium Grade (89 octane) about avery third or fourth tank.

You may be able to guess how I know this!

Other than that warning, it looks like a great coach!

Happy Trails!

Little high for the model year. The reworked interior is a plus but everything else is still 11 years old. See if you can get $5K off the price.

Never heard of an Ultra Power V10. 2006 was the three valve engine change to the higher HP engine with three valve heads so ask if the engine has been changed. Ford went with a five speed transmission the same year.

Listing stated four new fires. The coach needs six. How old are the remaining two? Also RV tire age isn't normally measured in miles but in time. Most rot due to age long before they wear out. Check the date codes on all. Like the mounted spare.

Overall sounds like a good coach with low mileage and generator hours just see if you can get a few thousand off the price.

The owners were definitely very fussy with that unit. Very clean. Just so happens the way the market is they may not get what they would like. Sure would be awesome if it was a diesel too.
I also see in your underside pic's that it has the HEAVY Power Gear jacks...............Nothing whimpy about those.
Wish you luck on your dealin'.

We just sold our Pace Arrow Vision 36b -- we had great luck with the coach and chassis. Essentially no issues during teh 13 years we had it.
Regarding the price you had, I think it's way, way too high considering the market. I'd look at about 1/2 of what you had put in the response.

I have a friend that owns a rv service center in Evans Ga called Augusta RV and he spoke very highly of that model. His name is Richard Fender and he is extremely nice and helpful. You may want to give him a call.

5.5Kw ONAN MARQUIS GOLD GENERATOR WITH ONLY 83 HOURS ON IT
Make sure it works. Not many hours on it.
Onan says exercise it 1-2 hours a month.
83 is less then 7 hours a year.
May have old gas in the carburetor or jets plugged up.

Does it have a maintenance done on it list?
Last time antifreeze changed?
Belts?
Even with new tires claimed. check DOT dates
