Any place to get some help with Blue Ox steering stabilizer?
I installed this blue ox steering stabilizer. It's great except for the fact that the electronics don't work.
I installed it with the wheel just slightly off center to the left. It's wired up like it's supposed to be according to the instructions I got, but it wont reset itself no matter what I do.
So I'm stuck with an RV that pulls to the left!
I bought it via Amazon not sure I can get much help from them. Blue Ox's site isn't particularly helpful either.
I need like a trouble shooting guide or something so I can test all the various connections are doing what they are supposed to do. I don't even really understand this timer thing either. It's got 2 blue knobs and I'm not sure how they are supposed to be oriented.

Some of us have Blue Ox and are very familiar with the system.
In fact.. I may have contributed to the design of the CURRENT units (not sure if they used my idea or got the same idea on their own,,it was rather obvious to anyone with my kind of training and experience, and there are .. Well.. Thousands that fit that requirement..Most good companies employ several).
If you are in S.E. Georgia..Come visit.. In January.. And Iwill take a look at it. Come today and I'll take a QUICK look.. but that's all.

Call Blue Ox, they can tell you where the closest dealer is located.

First, why don't you adjust the clamp, center it, so it doesn't pull. You didn't give us much information. You say it doesn't reset.....are you talking about while you're driving or when you shut the coach off. If it's when you shut the coach off, make sure it's wired to ignition power (power off when the key is off).

I didn't try it when the coach was shut off. I tried it while driving and while sitting, but the engine was running.
I can adjust the clamp to re-center, but it's only off a hair. Like only a very slight pull to the left. So I don't know that I can get it perfectly. I feel like it defeats the purpose of paying more for this particular stabilizer.
The closest dealer is over 200 miles away. So basically I'd have to send the whole thing back in if it's a warranty issue. Which sucks considering how much time it took to install it.
I need to re-check my wiring. The thing that's really sort of confusing is this little timer box. Has these blue knobs and I don't have any idea how they are supposed to be positioned. Though I've tried turning them every which way and nothing happens.

Guess I should have tested the electronics first before going through the 2 hour install process :(

Since you did your own install if it's wrong you will not be covered.
As others have said, tap the clamp a bit, get it right, re-tighten
Then come visit me here at Cathead Creek.. Since it is entierlyl possible that I may have DESIGNED part of the electrical system (not sure) I can diagnose it for you very easily.. need only a single tool and a partner (you) to do the job.

Appreciate the offer. Unfortunately I'm pretty far from you (South Texas).
I'm going to go back over the wiring again make sure it's right. Can I bypass the timer part to see if that's the issue?

Here is a pic of my timer. I think you can see the direction of the arrows. Mine is working.

You don't need to remove and return the mounting brackets, just the TruCenter device. That won't take more than a few minutes.
Also leave the switch, timer, and wiring in place. They are "consumables", and cannot be returned anyway.
However, to save yourself a headache, contact BlueOx customer service before you attempt to return it to Amazon. They might be able to troubleshoot over the phone.

Ok so after further investigation with a voltmeter it's getting power and seems to be wired right up to the trucenter device.
HOWEVER.. I realize now that I also installed it backwards based on the instructions. Like the power box on the truecenter device is on the left instead of right side.
I tried to visualize it in my head how it would matter, but can't see it.
What do y'all think? Would that cause my issue or do I have 2 issues.

Mine is on the left side, drivers side, on the back side of the steering rod, just like the instructions show, be sure of your measurements of 35 inches between bolts from the mounting bracket and the ram bolt.
