Anyone else stay in Cabelas lot last night at the Ga. Tn. line?

About 8 of us and 4 Tractor trailers. Was wondering if any of our neighbors were on this site?

Thanks for the hospitality Cabelas!

Have never stayed at that one but we’ve seen a few Cabela’s stores in the last year. I love that they give us a place away from the crowds to stay for a quick sleep. We always look for them on long travel runs as a potential place to stop.

Never have stayed at one, but they do seem to all have a dump station.

I knew they offered that and have only ever stopped for the dump station when I was pretty full at a mega one, this was my first time staying at one smaller lot but very nice.

Me and my boys did end up going shopping but didn’t really need anything.

It was actually more reassuring being around other RV’s than alone at Cracker Barrel, just keep in mind when you consider parking any potential exhaust fumes from your generator or aqua hot and others generators or aqua hot.

stayed at several and they are nice and quiet

stayed at the Cabela's in Anchorage - RV lot was full, and so was the main lot! All RVs, overnighting. Very nice. Very quiet. Cabela loves us.

(just to add a note: the Walmart in Whitehorse, Yukon must be RV friendly - nothing but RVs in the whole parking lot!)

Bass Pro now owns Cabelas. The Cabelas located in my hometown does not have a dump station but we were the 2nd. store if their expansion way back when. Hopefully no big changes coming during transition period.

Some cities like St. Lewis and a small town in Ohio and I’m sure others have city ordinances against any overnight sleeping anywhere, including Wal mart and Cracker Barrel, so be on the look out for signs or you will get a knock in the middle of the night.
