What model AquaHot do you have?
What does the AquaHot module next to the unit show?
Are the pumps running?
Is the burner running?

Are you trying to heat with the electric feature??? Only good down to about 45 degrees. Turn on the gas/diesel function switch.

Are you giving it an hour or so to heat up? It only has a 1650W element to heat about 5 gallons of boiler fluid.

Get a tester ac 120v and test the wires to the electric elements if it is a ah102 usually on the right bottom near the oil burner if it has no power check backwards to the ac power panel

If you have power to the elements then you need a new one
