We were having problems with hot water in the shower, it would cool off quickly, some one suggested the valve in the shower needed to be replaced. I added that we had problems with hot water at the kitchen sink. Some advised it was probably the proporting valve at the aqua hot. Went out to check and discover my coolant reservoir was down to the intake valve. Put two gallons of propylene Boiler antifreeze in it and it seems to be working now. One cannot use just any antifreeze, it has to be the propylene boiler mix and it is like $24.00 a gallon
What is the model number of your Aqua-Hot?

Exactly which brand of propylene coolant did you use?

Our 2011 was equiped with the system and we love it. We always do the required maintenance on our systems so we don't ancicipate any future issues.

Is there a difference in operation of the 375 LP model?

The Aqua-Hot model 375 LP is a PROPANE fired hydronic heater.

Uses propane for fuel instead of the more common diesel fuel used in all other models.

We have a Hurricane hydronic system and love it, but I can't understand why anyone would want an LP-fueled hydronic heater. One of the key advantages of the diesel system is the virtually unlimited fuel source you have with a full tank of diesel. We've been wintering for 2 months and still have more than half a tank left.

As I understand it, the propane fired model is intended for gasoline powered motorhomes and fifth wheels.

There is no reason why they should not also enjoy the benefits of a hydronic heating system.

We are seriously interested in an Entegra Aspire an as far as the DW I concerned, the search is over. It has an LP aqua hot. I agree about the two fuel sources. Given the choices between an LP furnice or LP aqua hot, I'll pick the aqua hot unless there is some reason someone can give me that besides two fuel sources it's a poor system.

I think you will love it! The only difference is. The fuel source and you have a 45 gallon tank on the aspire which will run it a long time. We love our. Aqua hot.
