AquaHot 450DE-1 Help!

I have freeze damage to the copper boiler line on my AquaHot. It's confined ( I think) to the brass fitting that exits at the rear of the unit, or where the hot water exits. My question is this: I know from talking with just about everyone, that the boiler side of the unit is proprietary and has no user serviceable parts. That being said, has anybody repaired one of these, or at least have some pictures of this part of the unit? There are no diagrams or photos anywhere that I've found. Also, the cabinet is riveted and I'm assuming you have to drive out the rivets to gain access. Anybody?Click image for larger version

Have you heard of Roger Berke? Perhaps you should check into his web site: RV Hydronic Heater Repair - Home

I've also found the folks at the AH national call center very helpful ... great with diagnostics and recommendations for fixes ...

Yes I know of Roger and I have been in touch with him. He does not do this type of repair. Roger will not discuss workings of the boiler system, since it's proprietary to Aqua Hot.

He referred me to John Carillo who I have also spoken to. John can do the repair, I have to do the removal since he's in Colorado and I'm in California.

I'm one of those guys who's pretty anal about how I do things. I just don't understand why there are no photos/diagrams of the boiler side of these units. Or, info on how to access them. I understand a Certified Factory Tech not wanting to infringe on Aqua Hots system, but that shouldn't stop the owner from attempting a repair.
