On I-10 right before MS line they had a old rest area that DOT used to check truckers. Don't know if they still do it or not.

I wonder what they use for a dye and if there is a neutralizer?

I guess that is why they use red dye. It would be hard to find another color to mix that would change the color enough not to still look reddish.

Ok, I got that the off road and on highway fuel is the same. Now, in that picture, on the next pump, is the high speed diesel. Is that different?

I'm guessing that the pumps are high speed & has satellite pumps on the other side for both side filling.

High flow rate pumps, hose and nozzle, but may or may not have a satellite.

Off road dyed (red) so it can be identified using a dip stick.
No State/Federal taxes are charged
US average fuel tax of 54.23 cents per gallon for diesel.
$1000 fine first offense

Takes several tanks of non-dyed fuel to completely flush dye out if used.
Flush the tank all you want, you will have red dye around your injectors. BUSTED...!!!
