Are there any Laconia NH RV resorts?

Where's a good RV resort close to or in Laconia NH? We are going to 2015 Laconia bike rally.

A 30 second search on Google Maps shows numerous campgrounds and RV parks within 10 miles of Laconia. Google is your friend.

And a 30 second search will tell you every campsite within 50 miles will be booked solid! LOL

BOOK NOW! I'm about 20 miles south of Laconia off 106.

If I had a choice of places I'd book Ellacoya State Park in Gilford on the west side of lake Winnipesaukee. BEAUTIFUL but expensive.

All the state parks here in NH can only be booked via Reserve America. But in any case start looking now.

We've stayed at Gun Stock several times for the rally.

We have a new one in Alton that most people probably aren't aware of. It's about a mile from my house.

Alternate campground

Check out Ames Brook campground near Ashland. Has good reviews on RVParkReviews and is only about 15-20 miles away. Owner is always working to upgrade his property and am told site and staff are very good. Know the owner and wife personally and they are good people. Tell them "Valkyrie Chuck" recommended them to you. Better hurry though.
