If you have dogs, take care because the gravel areas are littered with old weatherstripping, tape and we saw a few old razor blades. There is a dog walk area , a small strip across from the parking area but it's not very clean either. The best grocery store is Publix on Little Road, about five minutes away. Try Argentos Italian Bistro and Bakery in Port Richey, killer food.

Thanks for the heads up 37Driver. My little buddy Rambo will be with me and can't let anything happen to him.

Also be prepared for them to be knocking on your door at 6:30 am. These guys start early and will invade your coach like ants. They did a great job for me but one thing to watch for, covering the holes where the windows go. They use cardboard covered with plastic, either trash bag plastic or clear plastic. They tape it up with green painter's tape. Make sure that the plastic completely covers the cardboard and has has no holes in it. Rain will soak right through the cardboard and drip into your coach. Make sure they completely cover the hole with CARDBOARD! There was one kid there who seemed not to care about his work quality and instead of finding a large enough piece of cardboard, just used the tape to cover up the shortage. He left a few of mine with 3" to 6" of tape stuck together to cover the rest of the gap. I complained and it was taken care of.

I am heading there Monday for a Tuesday appointment to get two windows repaired. I made the appointment last weak and commented that I thought they would be busier. She said that previously they were booked 7 weeks out.

I live 45 minutes away so I will be dropping it off and picking it up when done.

Sun Coast workmanship quality

The last time I was there it seemed that the quality of the installer workmanship has slipped from the first time. I think the oldest guy in the crew was only 20. There was silicon smeared on the paint all around the window when they were done. It took me an hour to clean up 4 windows. Also, the water test that they did to check for leaks was not effective as the next night during a rain storm, the water pored in one of the windows so bad I had to use towels to mop up the water. That said, I'll be back again in the winter to have a few more done as they have the best process in the business for the window seals. I'll do my own silicon caulking though and wave the leakage test.

I'm at Suncoast Designers now. My 1 window turned into 3. Parking lot is almost full. Will be taking there shop tour later today. Will pay close attention to water testing.
