Just wondering if any one on here has ever purchased a MH from Atkins RV in Flint, MI..I saw on their website some really good deals. The prices seem very low compared to what I am seeing here in NE Ohio. atkins rv My understanding has been if it is too good to be true it probably is. Maybe the market is weak there so they just want to move them. Thanks.

Yeah, the asking prices do seem lower than what you typically see in the north. However they also seem to be about what the rigs are actually worth [in my opinion], so maybe the dealer has decided to go with "no haggle" pricing. Don't expect a big trade-in allowance if you have a trade.

Have you compared the prices to the NADA User RV guide at www.nadaguides.com? It's not foolproof, but it's one measure of value.

Flint, MI has been an economically depressed area for a long time [GM has closed or reduced many operations there] so I would expect prices to be decent.
