Atwood Levelegs Problems

Last December we lost one of our rear level legs. It was our 3rd leg replacement. It was stick in the down position. Thanks to friends & a son-in-law who crawled under the coach with my 12v craftsman impact gun. We were able to raise the leg & silence the alarm. We waited almost 6 weeks for another leg to arrive. We wee told , at that time, that there were only so many of the atwood jacks left available. Whoever bought out Atwood has never made any replacement parts, and will not.
2 weeks ago we went over to the coast got all set-up ready to drop the legend level the coach. AND NOTHING! We tried individual extend or retract on each leg . Still nothing. We drove home with the alarm beeping all 3 + hours.
This is the first time that it happened on the downward function. The other 3 times the leg would not retract.
I contacted Red Bay and was told to pursue installing an HGH system?
Has any one done this and what is a ball park figure? Lead & Down time. Where did you have it done? Iowa, Arizona (Lake Havasu, Glendale), California (at Rick's RV Center),
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Gary
