Automatic Awnings

What automatic awning do you have on your motorhome? My 05 Southwind came through with a Dometic (junk)! This the second one in 6 years and it's failed again!
This time around I'm thinking Carefree Colorado, anyone using theirs and what do you think?
Are there any others out there?
Regards,
RovinOn

I think lots of people will be surprised (I know I was) to find that Carefree makes awnings that directly compete with Girard, In fact the former CEO of Carefree is named Girard and it's his wife that started Girard awnings with his help and knowledge.

I have a CAREFREE-Traveler on my 2016 Ace. First weekend camping trip, ready to go home and retract the awning, the left side head started to woble .it quit and bent one of the arm and have a stress crack. Have to call Thor to ask for assistance . Was able to put it back with a help of a flat screw driver and DW operating the control.
Got back home took it to CW the following day. Still waiting to get fixed, no calls yet from CW if the part is in. That's a different story.

I have a DOMETIC on my 2011 Thor 30Q. It served me well and IMO is built better than Carefree..
