AVN 4430 Radio with TomTom GPS

My TomTom just quit,it does not respond to the ON button or the Reset
procedure,it is just dead. The green light is on when connected.
The TomTom Tech had no answer,no repair available.
Any comments about this problem are welcome.
This multi function radio is in many Newmars,2009,10,11...

There might be a separate gps unit wired to the radio. Ours is like that, it's in the cupboard below the display. It is removed so it can be updated.

Just removed the Eclipse radio/Tomtom gps and replaced it with a much more
user friendly Kenwood DPX500BT. It does not have the GPS, but I used only
my Garmin on the dash anyway.
The Bluetooth functions well and it has a Remote for the DW.
It has iPod/USB connector and is Sirius ready.(The old Sirius connector does not fit for this unit)
I'm very happy with the Kenwood. ( $160 incl S&H on ebay)
If anyone is in need of some spare parts for the Eclipse /Tomtom unit, just contact me and pay for shipping only. Like i said before, the Tomtom does
not respond and only shows the green light when charging.
The radio section seems to be working.
